About FSSAI - Governing law
For all food-related businesses involved in manufacturing, processing, importing, storing, distributing, catering, mess, canteen, or retailing, obtaining an FSSAI registration or license from the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) is mandatory.
